I guess just like everything else in life...it all depends on who you listen to if you want to know market conditions. My personal inventory says the market is extremely active with 2 new offers this week on my homes. The mortgage market indicates that housing hit it's all time low in June of 2008 and is now rebounding towards a sellers market. The housing market index indicates that our inventory declined 3.1% and our median housing sales increased by $2,800.00! With all that said......in my opinion the market is on the upswing and that goes double for the Atlanta area! We always lead in the south!
